Let’s break down the two key buyer types every creative real estate investor must know.

Cash buyers are your go-to for fast flips. These are flippers, landlords, or wholesalers who want speed, certainty, and a deal.

Here’s how you win with them:

* Negotiate 3–7% below market value.
